Stomach ache, bubbling in lower abdomen, feeling of lump on lying, got periods later. Any thoughts?

My lower left abdomen bubbled up really weird, alien style twice in one week during two stomach aches. About two weeks after that, I realized I had a lump there, small and I only feel it when I m laying flat. I m not sure if it s my stomach or my ovaries. It hasn t felt tender until today which is my first day of my period. Thoughts?
