Stiffness In Neck And Shoulders. Why?
For the last two weeks, my husband and I have had very, very stiff necks. I awoke one morning with a very stiff
neck on the right side. Then it moved also to include the left side of my neck. Now my neck doesn't hurt so
much on the right side anymore. But I feel a stiffness across the upper part of my shoulders. Otherwise I am
fine.

Hi,
Stiffness of neck might be due to some neck muscle strain.
Take some muscle relaxant medicine with pain reliever medicine for 2-3 days.
Apply some analgesic cream locally.
Give rest to neck muscles to relieve spasm.
Ok and take care.
