Stiff, Crampy, Numbness, Tingling, Pain In Leg. Increases With Rest. Pain While Passing Stools. Solution?

About two weeks ago, I twisted the wrong way and felt a pop in my right leg. Since then, it s been stiff and crampy, even numb at times. Tingling and pain shoot up and down the leg from thigh to ankle. Pain seems to be okay when I m up and moving, but increases with rest. Severe pain when trying to pass stool because of strain. What could this be?
