Started Vomiting, Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea. Will She Be Okay?

My daughter started vomiting Monday in the middle of the night. No temp or other symptoms other than abdominal pain all the time. She finally stopped vomiting two days ago and had some diarrhea this morning. She perked up a little today but is now again after putting her to bed and still having stomach pain and can't sleep.

Hi welcome to Health care magic forum.
Thanks for choosing H.C.M.Forum.
Your daughter had abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea.
The abdominal pain with diarrhea, means there is infection, which result in vomiting as well.
I advise you to consult a pediatritian for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to get the test reducing substances of the stools besides other routine tests for confirmation.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
Best regards.
