Started getting stomach pains, cloudy urine. Took aspirins for headaches. Why nauseated?

I started getting stomach pains about a week earlier prior to asking this question. It felt like the moment your stomach should grumble when you have bad indigestion (which would indicate for you to go to the bathroom), but that moment was just held there. Then, after 3 days, my urine started to get cloudy and I felt a stinging burn when I finished, along with continuous having the urge to urinate only to do so little. Just yesterday until now, I had a huge headache out of nowhere and the pains in my stomach started to hurt more. I took a few aspirins for the headache. Now, I feel like I m full of gas, my stomach won t stop growling (it still hurts, more so on my left side than right), and I keep burping or otherwise feel like vomiting but nothing comes out. What s going on? I m 19, female, if it helps.
