Squeezing Sensation Near Left Side Of Chest, Panic Attacks, Eating Spicy Meals. Acidity Related?

I was wondering what would be the cause of a split second squeeze sensation that goes away near the left side of my chest . I do suffer from panic attacks, I dont feel shortness of breath either. this just started 2 days ago. I have been eating some heavier meals with alittle more spice than normal. Could this be acidity related?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It mostly seems like acidity related. As you do not have shortness of breath or other severe chest pain like symptoms, you may relax.

Please lessen the spice in your meal, drink plenty of water and get rid of the panic attacks. I am sure you will go well soon.

Take care.
