Hello. I am 35 years old. I have had a tubal ligation for nine years now. Last month my period was abnormal as in spotting. I have not had a period this month, I am about two weeks late from the day i should have started. I have had nausea , cramping, breast tenderness, hot flashes, lower back pain , headaches, and tiredness. I have taken 3 pregnacy test and they have all been negative. Not sure what to do at this point. I have no insurance...any suggestions?
