Spotting During Periods. Having Pregnancy Signs, Tests Negative, Having Watery Discharge With Cramping. Why?

Hi, my cycle came on last month . on September 22 I spotted , the 23 no spotting or anything the 24 I was spotting again on when whipping . then the 25 and 26 and 27(was light on the 27th) was a real cycle and on the 28 my cycle was gone . I usually have a full regular cycle that last 6 days . now its October and I have yet to have a cycle but all pregnancy signs , I took a home pregnancy test and it was a negative , and I am now experiencing a watery discharge slight cramping . what is wrong

Are you on any hormonal preparations?It can happen for those who are taking those also. Better you should check an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis, and if not getting adequate information they will do a transvaginal ultrasound.In that way you can get to know what is wrong.so better you should consult a gyanecologist
