Spotting After Using Arbonne S Phytoprorelief. Ultrasound Shows Thick Endometrium. Concerned About Bleeding

I am going to see a gynecologist on August 15th, first time I could be seen. But, I am worried about what has been occurring recently to me. i am 56 years old. I have been menstruation free since I was 49/50 years of age. Two months ago I began to use Arbonne's Phyto-prolief, it is a 100% natural progesterone product that is applied trans-
dermaly. I used it religiously for one month, following the recommendations.Within three weeks, I began to spot .
Consequently, I had an ultrasound and it was determined that I might have fibroids and I do have a thick endometrium. I cannot get an appointment until August 15th with the specialist. What I am really concerned about is the fact that just today, I have been spilling over with blood. I have small clots, and I am bleeding heavily, like a did with a heavy period. I called the gynecologist but, I no one called me back. Am I in real imminent danger?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Post menopausal bleeding is bleeding that occurs after a woman has been diagnosed with menopause.
There are different causes of post menopausal bleeding such as :(1) polyps - non cancerous growths that can be found in the uterus or cervix
(2)endometrial atrophy which is thinning of the lining of the uterus
(3)endometrial hyperplasia- the lining of the uterus can also become thickened
(4)endometrial cancer-post menopausal bleeding can also be related to endometrial cancer. This would be determined by biopsy.

When you go to your visit, your doctor may suggest a biopsy to determine the exact cause of the bleeding.

I hope this helps
