Spoting After Lifting Heavy Objects.

Hi, I had a c-section 10 months ago and am finding that when I lift a heavy object (more than 30-40lbs) I spot for the next few days. What could this be? I am 33yrs old and during my pregnancy at 33 weeks, I bled through to the end of my pregnancy. Had numerous ultrasounds and nothing was ever found.

Hello.
Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.
Lifting heavy objects produces increased pressure on your abdomen and uterus which causes endomerial injury and results in the spotting you are having. You need to avoid doing heavy work as your abdominal muscles are not so strong after a c- section.
