Spinal fusion,posterior and anterior,severe pain in legs and hips,lump above incision on back

I had a spinal fusion ,posterior/anterior about7 weeks ago and i have severe pain in legs and hips and a lump above the incision on my back. Should i be worried?

Yes,you should be serious about it.consult the same doctor/provide more details of your lumb ie whether the lump is painful,movable or non movble,colour etc for a better reply
