Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain

I have severe back pain I have gone for a scan of my spine and I have got a report that d11,d12 shows vetebral loss of alignment with retrolisthesis of d12 vetebral body along with intervertebral disk there by causing severe degree of compression on lower dorsal spinal cord with cord compression noted due to spinal cord injury and feature of posterior elements noted with spinal canal stenosis is there any remedy for this in ayurvedam?? Doctors said I need to go for surgery

Thank you for your health care concerns. You have spinal stenosis and cord compression. There is little else you can do other than surgery to reduce the pressure on your spinal cord. I recommend you interview several neurosurgeons or orthopedic surgeons and determine which is most qualified for your surgery
