Spasm After Coughing Or Straining. Gall Bladder Removed Months Back. What Could Be This?

I have a spasm that happen when I cough or strain. The pain is under my left rib cage. I got my gallbladder out three months ago and the dr. thought the pain was caused from my gallbladder. It feels like it has gotten worse. Sometimes it feels like a flutter or pulse. The spasms can last a couple of minutes...What could this be???

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
No need to worry it is not big problem it does happens some time when you coughing too hard, in this action the chest muscle get contracted to expel the air forcefully from the lungs this cause muscle pulling of chest I under stand this is very painful, while you coughing just take it easy, I am sure it is not because of gallbladder, try codeine linctus in syrup form just 10 ml twice a day, have steam inhalation even if does not go away then X -Ray chest would be needed, you can ask any further question without hesitation, have nice day.
