Spark Like Pain In Head. Having Heavy Blood Flow In Head. Having High BP And Increased Heart Beat. Suggest The Remedy?
Spark like pain only in left side of head. Intensely painful one-sided head pain centered behind leftmost portion of left eye. Always occurs in left side only. Painful area:- eqaul to one rupee coin area above left eye. During attack it feels like heavy blood flow is out of control for my head. Pain holds and freezes my left head during attack. Left side jaw, ear and eye also starts participating in pain.
The pain typically intensifies within 10 minutes to a peak that usually lasts 25 to 45 minutes. After 45th minute head is fully pain-free.
High blood pressure, Increased heart beat feeling, Sweating during attack.
Attack period: July to September every year. Other months are painfree.
Experiencing 1 to 4 attacks per day. Occurs at any time unexpectedly. Often they occur repeatedly at the same time of day mostly at 11AM every day during attack period. Often occurs 2 to 3 hours after falling asleep or in the early morning attack awakes me from deep sleep.
1st attack in June 2007 for a period of 4 months once/twice in a week. Very frequent and regular attacks in recent 3 years.
Habit: Smoking, No alchohal.
Trigger: During alcohol consumption, Low temperature AC, Roaming in heat sunshine. Tension stress because of high workload.
Relief: Rubbing eye and left side of head with closed eyes. Keeping left side head and eye pressed with fingers continuously. Look for dark place. Seek toilet(calm place) during attack.
Visited several doctors: 2 Nuorologists(one said it is cluster headache and other said it is migraine), 3 Homeopathy(did not say anything other than 'It will be cured' but helped only for few days), 3 Physicians. Worked almost all but only for few days/months.

to start with is this high BP a sort of feeling or you have actually measured it?
can you revert back with the measured values.
Migraine can have a zillion ways of presenting itself.
and quite possible yours is one of them.
i would advice you to under go one MRI if possible and show it here or to your physician this is just to rule out things and to allay your anxiety.
i would say you can also try alternative methods like relaxation,meditation.
lots of people say that it is helpful.
also since you said that its the same time of year.dont you think season is playing a role here?
