Sore Throat, White Stuff Like Accumulating Behind Tonsils, Mild Fever, Bit Swollen Face And Eye

i have a bad sore throat that makes me unable to swallow and some white stuff that are sort of accumulating at the back of my throat behind my tonsils. It was only on my right side but has now spread to both my right and left. I also woke up this morning with my face and eye area looking a bit swollen. Also had mild fever yesterday. Am very worried. please advice

It seems to be infected tonsils but you should send culture swab of your throat so that the exact culprit can be identified
Do gargles and consult your doctor for ora antbiotics

Have a proper clinical examination
