Sore Throat, Sleepless Night, Hard To Swallow. Pregnant. What Are The Consequences?
Hello I am 25 weeks pregnant and had a sleepless night. My throat is very soar and hard to swallow . I am also coughing and coughing up a thick green mucous. This is the first day but with me being pregnant I am worried about baby. I also have a 26 week checkup appointment on Wednesday. should I stick it out till then or go to the doctor now? Thanks

Sorugn Of is se throat with green mucous on coughing is asign of bacterial infection .Start.
1saline gargles .
2Mucolytic syrup like grillintus BM is safe in pregannacy.

If the cough Does not go in 24 hours start antibiotic cap Amoxicillin 250 mg Three times a day
