You have taken two rounds of antibiotics initially you got relief but it became helpless. Considering your symptoms and responce of conservative treatment it appears as you are having chronic tonsillitis with recurrent infection. Now it becomes necessary to carryout culture and sensitivity of throat swab to identify the causative organism and to find out antibiotic which will be most effective in your case.
