Soles Of Feet Turning Black. Is It Circulation Problem? Suggestions?

My soles are turning black?
The bottom of my feet keeps turning black, at first i thought it was dirt and washed it off, but i noticed it came back and washed it off again. I have done a bit of research and i think it's circulation problems, but why can i wash it off? that is the strange part. and i dont have tingle sensation or numbness.

I'm 20 years old, eat healthy and don't have any weight or health problems so far. I don't know what it is and so i'm going to doctor to find out in a couple of days, but right now i want to know if anyone has any info.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The black discoloration of the soles of the feet are likely to be due to a circulation problem. But this is more likely if the discoloration starts from the toes. Do consult a physician for necessary investigations.
