Hi Amit

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

An abdominal pain , constipation for long time denote bowel disorder.I advise you to visit a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated completely.

There are chances that you could be having a chronic gut infection or malabsorption syndrome .To know the exact cause your Gastroenterologist may ask for a colonoscopy or stool test or Ultrasound abdomen. You can choose an expert from our panel and get the appropriate evaluation and treatment .

Take care.
