Hi,

Soft tissue like bump on thigh near buttock may be skin tag.

It is also known as achrocordon.

The condition is benign and harmless.

You may keep as it is.

If it is embarassing, you may go for treatment.

Simple excision with cauterisation under local anaesthesia is best treatment.

It is a simple and OPD procedure.

You consult dermatologist.

I hope you got my answer.

Thanks
