Smelly white disharge from chest, what this could be ?

hello, I used to get chest pains frequently. I have gone to 2 doctors that say it is nothing. now I get hard spot in the same location every month and if i squeeze it a rope like smelly white pus comes out. and the hard spot goes away for another month. its not like a pimple you cant even see it you can only feel it and then squeeze it. its also not consistant with when it appears. any idea what this could be ?

Hi,thanks for query.This seems to sebaceous cyst.It is beg like structure under skin,when you squeeze the content comes our and it decreases in size or disappears.When it fills again it can give rise to pain and discomfort.You need to get it removed if it trouble you frequently.bye,
