Small White Dots Under The Penis, Applied Neosporin, No Relief. Alternative Medicine?

Hi, I am 28 yrs old..sexually active..married and monogamous... Recently small white dots appeared on the under side of the foreskin of my penis ..which gradually turned into red patches ....application of neosporin seems to work. ..but fresh white spurs appear often on the parts where neosporin is not applied..is it thrush or balantitis..should i change to any othe medication?

Dear abhi88mcet, If the rashes are non itching probably you are having Lichen Nitidus , a non invasive skin problem mostly of genitals don't worry leave it as it is . nothing to worry.. if it gives any discomfort then consult dermatologist.
