Small Stools, Difficulty In Passing Stools, Frequent Constipation. No Help From Glycerin Suppositary. Suggest
I have been having a difficult time passing stool lately. I have not had a normal sized bowel movement in about 4 days. Lately I have just been passing small stools and nothing seems to help. I have even tried using a glycerin suppository, but it produced no results. I frequently have problems with constipation, but it has never been this bad. What should I do?
Hello. First important factor for constipation is the diet : You must drink plenty of water and eat plenty of vegetables and fruit (except apple and banana). Also, you must walk 30 minutes every day.If these therapies are not effective,in my opinion Plantago Ovata 3500 mg per day can be taken for treating constipation . Please consult your local doctor for a prescription. I wish you good health. (In case the answer would have been useful please indicate this)
