Small Pimple Like Puss Filled Bumps Arise On Hip, Thigh. Have Enlarged Aorta, Fluid Around Heart. Autoimmune Disease ?

Hi all of a sudden I have noticed small pimple like puss filled bumps to arise on my hip then thigh then buttocks . I was trying to determine if it was an autoimmune disease since I have an enlarge aorta and fluid around my heart. The doctors still have not determined if it was Lupus or Rheumatoid arthritis. I have no more insurance so I have not been able to follow up.

Hi, Thanks for using the HCM.
From your history, your pus filled lesions are suggestive of skin infection, its superficial skin infection, you can apply local antibiotic for that or take oral antibiotic.

if you are on any steroid preparation , that can predispose to infection, you need to adjust doseage of steroid.

your history of enlarged aorta, am assuming that as aneurysm, you need to consult a cardiologist, as there are complications associated with it, like rupture, thrombus formation etc...

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help. Thanks get well soon....
