Small Lump On Neck Below Right Ear, Nausea, No Appetite, Pain In Lower Abdomen. Diabetic And Have Hypertension. Smoker With Drug Usage. Possible Cancer?

My husband is a diabetic has hypertension, smokes, drink and abuse drugs. He has a small lump on his neck just an inch below his right ear. He complained about being nausea for 3 days last week, no appetite (had to force himself to eat) and now he is complaining of left lower abdomen pain a few inches above his groin. Could this be cancer?
