Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding small knot above the piercing site of ear lobule. This knot is painful and bleeds on pressing it.

All above your medical history indicates that there is lobular infection and enlargement of lobular lymph node.

For management you should be investigated for -

1- Blood sugar (F & PP).

2- Culture and sensitivity of infected exudate from ear lobule.

After this much work it should be treated with-

a- Antibiotics.

b- Anti inflammatory.

c- Local application of OINTMENT containing steroids.

I hope this will help you.

Regards.
