Small Itchy Colorless Blisters On Legs, back, under Arms

I have small itchy blisters. They are isolated, very small, about a millimeter across. They mostly occur individually and at random. When itching from one blister stops, a new one appears some one else. The first one appeared on the back of one finger . They have appeared on my legs, my back and under my arms. They are colorless.
