Small Child Having Fever. Prescribed Ibugesic Plus Suspension Every Six Hours. Correct Dosage?

Hi. my daughter is 14 months old and is 9.2kg. We just came home from the doctor and she was prescribed Ibugesic plus suspension for her fever dosage is 5ml every 6 hours. Is this the correct dosage because I find it quite high, as I saw from the bottle that for every 5ml, it contains 100mg Ibuprofen and 162.5mg paracetamol . Thank you.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi
the dosages are ok for a child with weight 11 kg
It should not be given 4 times a day unless the fever is really high and continuous as it may cause gastritis and low platelets.J
