Small Child, Bacterial Infection, Unable To Walk, High Fever. Treatment?

Baby is 15 months old. She used to walk easily before she fell ill because of bacterial infection . Now she cannot stand nor walk on her own. Even if we make her walk by holding she cries. She plays actively in sitting position. She had a temperature of 103 degrees. It is more than 2 weeks she recovered from fever but still not able to walk. Please suggest what steps can i take for the same?
