Slight Pressure On Left Pectoral Causes Warming Sensation. Underlying Causes ?

On my left pectoral, whenever I put the slightest bit of pressure on it, I feel a warming sensation. I noticed it when reading in bed last night when I set the book on my chest for a second, it feels as though anything thattouches that area is very warm. Also am mildly sore in the area.
