Slight Headache, Dizziness, Fatigue, Tingly Fingers Due To Arthritis, Confused. Help

I m 59 years old, male. In good physical health, cycle, golf, surf, lift weights. The past few days, I have had an ongoing slight, to moderate headache, a little dizzy, very tired, (slept all day and night for the most part), tingly fingers, but that could be from arthritis in my fingers (and knee), the tingling goes away. And a vacant, type feeling, hard to concentrate.

Hello,
Dizziness, fatigue, headache can be because of transient ischemic attack. Since you are elderly male aged 59 years, this requires further evaluation to find out the underlying cause.
The underlying cause can be because of reduced blood supply to brain as a result of age related atherosclerosis involving the blood vessels.
Hence I advice you to do consult physician for further evaluation and treatmetn accordingly.

THANK YOU
