Slight Burning, Tingling Sensation On Penis, Stings After Urination, Strong Urine Odor. Advise?

I have a slight burning and tingling sensation at the top of my penis comes and goes, does not hurt to eject late or go to the toilet but does sting just after urinating. Had this now for about the last couple of weeks on and off been with the same partner for the last two years and no problems? Urine does smell a bit strong at times keep fit and eat healthy.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed acute UTI due to unprotected sex

.It is possible your might have some vaginal infection .

Please get her examined by qualified Gynaecologist and treat her as per her /his advice.

Get your urine routine and culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and the antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Take appropriate antibiotic as per culture report.

Consume more water to keep your urine dilute.

Avoid sexual intercourse till your problem gets resolved.
