Slammed Shoulder Painful And Red, Neck And Back Of Head Are Sore, Headache. What Should I Do ?

i fell over a dog gate and slammed my shoulder into the corner of a wall, breaking my fall. Shoulder is red and painful but what is worrying me is that my neck and back of my head are sore too on the same side as the shoulder injury and I have a headache . Neck pain and headache started within five minutes of hitting my shoulder. What should I do?

Hi.The neck pain is mostly due to musculo skeletal trauma and even the headache might be due to trauma.It will be released by analgesics and anti inflammatory drugs. If the pain is not associated with vomiting and bleeding per Ear/Nose/Throat ,nothing to worry.All the best
