Skin Under Penis, Scrotum Chronically Sticky And Itchy. How To Treat It?

My skin on the underside of my penis and scrotum are chronically sticky. Some minor itching and a lot of discomfort. I have used myriad antifungals from lotrimun to OTC yeast creams. Baby powder or talc calm the stickiness but as the day wears on the stickiness comes back. Very sticky after showering and more sticky when I dry off

Hello,
Thanks for the query,

You might have developed fungal infection.

The area of groin is very moist and is prone to develop these infections.

Treatment can be with oral antifungals as well as with topical antifungals.

Various antifungal powders like candid are availabe.

These can help reduce the moisture as well as control the infection.

Remember that you must use this medication for at least a month to get good relief.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.

Let me know if you have any other doubt.
