Skin On Head Of Penis Broken, Bleeding And Swollen. Is Neosporin And Band-aid Enough For Healing?

I had a pinching injury to the head of my penis, the skin is broken and it was bleeding but not profusely. There is a bit of purple skin there that appears to be swollen. I was wondering if Neosporin and band-aids will be sufficient to effect healing or do I need to look at stiches/sutures?

Hi and thanks for the query,
It is important that this lesion be appreciated by a doctor. Neosporin does not actually contain an anti inflammatory nor a pain killer. adding a pain killer or an anti inflammatory drug could be sufficient. But continues review and supervision is necessary to ensure effectiveness of treatment. Kind regards
