Skin Infection On Penis After Unprotected Sex. Applied Terbovate, Ofloxacin. Pimples Gone, Rashes Present. Cure?

Hi sir im am sandip singh from india. Last tme unprotected sex with gf . After one week start prblm like red rashes . Not pain , itichy . Penis both side red rashes. And 2 smal pimples on penis. Then im a go to doctor. Doctor tel is skin infection . But not tel which kind of type. Doctor tel put cream on. Penis cream name terbovate(terbinafine. Omidozale. Ofloxacin) daily put wid medince. Using this method my penis on head pimple is remove. But red rashes not remove . So please tel me the solution.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have acquired Herpes Infection of Genitals due to unprotected sex.

Please consult qualified Dermatologist for clinical evaluation and further treatment.

Please start taking Acyclovir twice daly and topical anti fungal jelly like Fluconazole .

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Avoid sexual activities till it heals up completely.
