Single Raised Red Oval On Chest, Seems Expanding, Slight Jaw And Ear Pain On Right Side. Any Ideas ?

I have a single raised red oval on my chest. It's been there for about a month, and seems as if it is expanding. It doesn't itch nor hurt, and the center is as my normal skin. I also have slight jaw & ear pain on the right side, with no other symptoms. The oval is about the size of a quarter now, started the size of a dime. Any ideas?

Hi,
It seems that you might be having small lipoma in the chest.
If size is increasing, consult surgeon and get removed.
Pain in ear and in jaw line might be due to some infection in your right ear.
Put antibiotic ear drops in ear and if require go for oral antibiotic.
Ok and take care.
