The sport injury can not be ruled out here it can be said a frozen shoulder may not be a typically as it is being seen in the radio imaging but symptoms are very much similar to this, complete immobile of joint, arm should be rested in sling for 8 to 10 days, for pain or inflammation any NSAID can be tried after 10 days it need physiotherapy that has to be done with highly trained physiotherapist will come around take care of your patient have good day.
