Should Magnesium Supplements Be Taken For Headache?

I am getting dull throbbing headaches after working out. I have a pretty vigorous cardio routine about 5 days a week. Although I live at 8,000 feet I don't think it is altitude directly. At our altitude our humidity is very low, especially in the winter and may be contributing to dehydration. What do think about a magnesium supplement?
