Hi I am 25 years old. I recently had my pap smear done. The doctor told me she found a polyp on my cervix in the 12 o clock area. My results shows low grade squamous cell changes and I am hpv positive. I also have a history of endometriosis (i have a surgery for this in 2013) I have had an ablation to stem the abnormal bleeding I was having as well. My question is what is the chance I will need a partial or full hysterectomy in my near future. I would rather have it done now before the squamous cells turn into full blown cervical cancer.
