Should I Meet A Doctor Immediately After Being Diagnosed With Low Cortisol?

I have been diagnosed with low cortisol. I am a 63 year old male and I tried to make an appointment with an endocrinologist only to be told there would be a 3 month wait. My question is should I look for a dr that can see me sooner as I have read about some of the consequences of low cortisol going untreated. William burgess
