Should I Be Worried Of The Swollen Occipital Lymph Node, Vertigo And Pain In Head?

I am 14 years old, 113 pounds and 5 feet 5 inches tall. My grandma has diabetes and my other grandma died from cancer. I have swollen occipital lymph nodes and vertigo when I lay down and sometimes while I am standing. I have another lump one inch above my swollen occipital gland That has been there for about 6 years. My head hurts and I am worried it could be serious. Should be worried or see a doctor?
