very much a concern. Fasting and after food blood levels are both individually putting u into the diagnosis of Prediabetes. it definetly runs in ur family history. orange juice and for that matter any juices produces sudden surges in blood sugars levels inducing a hyperinsulinemic state hence which also make u more fatter due to the lipogenic action of insulin. this is the right time to set things right. meet a dietician and just modify ur diet and start on mild to moderate levels of exercises then u can c wonders of ur blood sugars in a matter of days. And SUGAR contained foods are hereafter a Big NoNo.
