General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Elevated pancrease level could be a elevated pancreatic enzyme.
Elevated pancreas enzyme and pain in back/abdomen suggestive of the pancreatitis.
MRI will help to diagnose the problem very well.
Treatment will require hospitalization and depend on the cause and severity.
Pain reliving medication like tramadol will useful, parental fluid therapy is required.
So take treatment under the supervision of the gynecologist.
Hope this may help you
