Should An ENT Be Visited While Suffering From Sinusitis?

I was told I have sinuitis and pharyngitis as of April 1st. My symptoms have not changed for the better at all. I have lost over ten pounds. Not eating because everything hurts my throat even my saliva. I ve been dry coughing as well. I was given Zyrtec and nasal spray both once a day. It feels like cats are playing tag in my throat. I never got a fever. I vomitted once, a moment ago. Do I need to see an ENT or wait?

Yes if you're suffering from non resolving sinusitis means you have to consult your doctor immediately he will do endoscopy and treat you accordingly. Avoid cool drinks and freeze water, Avoid smoking and alcohol intake. Use tablet sinarest twice a day for five days. Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
