Should I Worry About Swollen Lymph Nodes Of Infra Auricular Area?

Hi i am 29 male otehrwise healthy. I had develped 3-4 swollen lymphnodes in the infra-auricular area(just below the earlobe, say between parotid and mastoid). Considering its been that way for past 7 years is there something to worry about. and should i have an ultrasound for this and can it verify what nodes are they? The swelling came about 7 years back suddeny with pain. the pain went down but swelling didnt.

Hello thanx for queiry..it could be due to chronic infection or some benign lesion..since no pain.you could get a fnac and ultrasonography done..kindly consult a ent speacialist..hope it helps..take care.
