Should I Use Mouth Rinses Daily As A Routine Along With Brushing ?
I have a doubt regarding the mouth washes. I brush my teeth 2 times a day. I just want to know whether i can use mouth rinses daily as a routine along with brushing. Is ther any harm in using these kind of mouth washes daily

Chlorhexidine mouth washes are prescribed for 3 weeks. If used more than 4 weeks it can cause staining of teeth, stenosis of parotid duct, burning sensation of mucosa.

Using a mouthwash routinely will not cause any problems. it is an aid to brushing. as long as you do the rinsing properly 1-2 times a day, you can enjoy really fresh Breath!
There are a lot of mouthwashes available these days which are good and are specifically for daily use.

there is no harm is doing gargle, mouth wash.
doing gargle would let fresh breath in your mouth
mouth wash help to be fair
you could do gargle mouth wash 2-3 times in day

acorrding to me ayurvedic solutions and chooran is avaialble. mix it with water and rinse the mouth. this will also destroy the worms.

i dont know why you want to use mouth wash daily when you are brushing the teeth. it is given when there is some disease. these things should be used only when it is needed
