Should I Continue To Take Forecox For The Persistent Cough?

I had TB 3 years back & i took 3 months course of Forecox & Liver syrups. I did'nt continues it for 9 months as said by doctor. There after 3 years, now again i am suffering from cough. I have smoking habit too. Should i start taking forecox tablets in the morning for a longer period. Please suggest.

Hi,
It is not advisable to star anti-tuberculosis medicine by your self.
It requires evaluation of your case to know that is there any active TB lesion in the lungs.
After all reports like CBC, ESR, x-ray chest your doctor will decide the line of treatment.
Your present complain might be due to smoking or some respiratory tract infection.
Ok and take care.
