Should I Be Worried For An Infant Growing Fast?

My 3 month old son has a wide anterior fontanelle. It is sunken a little bit but he's not dehydrated..He eats and wets his diapers regularly and isn't sick in any way. Hes alert and active, has complete head control and hits his milestones. Could this be because he's grown so fast going from 21 1/2 in long to 26 in and 9 lbs to 13. Head diam. Of 14 to over 16.. should I be worried and is it dangerous?
