Should I Be Concerned For The Lower Chest Pain And Cramping And Tingling In Left Arm?

christmas eve I was up all night puking with diareah the next day on christmas i was really weak and my whole body ached and i had a fever. Now today i woke up and i feel better but my arm has been cramping and tingling all day i was thinking that it was because i had my arms under me while i slept last night but now im having chest pain and my left are is kinda tingling. Im 27yo male no previous health problems and im haveing lower left chest pains and my left arm had been kind of cramping and tingling is this serious?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that the pain might be due to the having gastric pain due to the infection in the G.I. tract. the arm pain might be due to the loss of electrolytes due to the motions.Of course there is possibility of the cardiac involvement.if arm and chest pain continues consult a cardiologist.
For gastric issues, i usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, domperidone, and antacid gel.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts,and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
